The twinkling hope of first stars in a twilight hell
Make a wish before the sky is broken and the star fell
Trust, a word foreign to your ears,
That the universe will take its magic in its hands and guide you
With the life you desire, and give you your savior
Before you, a few with at least a half decent heart
Are lost forever

why are you so afraid?

Give us that life in the novels and movie magic
Heroines given that chance to live where they belong
It may be hard, driven to the edge, but in the end
If we could turn back time and change everything
We wouldn’t change a thing

Please, time, please universe, give us that one true
Love
Let it be in those amazing stories with the arrogance
The pride of the womanizing bad ass
The animal magnetism in the glitter of his eyes
A stalking tiger
The danger radiating from him like the Fourth of July
Her defiance in his gritted teeth,
Her innocence in the thorns of his eyes
Never wanted to make that wish that the universe granted on that wishing
star
Until we know this is the love we searched for all our lives
And through the biting words is a love we know we need to survive

Never take a person’s hope

Please time, don’t abandon this one wish
But I’m afraid it is only a deaf ear you hear my cries
Only a special few are granted the lessons we need to learn
To love ourselves and let ourselves be loved,
not to be afraid to live
To stop running from the ghosts nobody else can see
And I know that I will never go beyond this normality
No great explanation
Nobody special,I’m just me.
