The Water Cycle (Part Six)

I couldn't be calm
As you screamed so gracefully
To beckon my immortality
And confusion of this hatred.

I continue to spiral
Within your words
And false hopes
Corrupting my soul to underestimate
My sorrowful feelings.

I want the screaming to end,
My love,
And hold you as you once were
But you faded in between cycles
Of my soft breathing.

I know I ended this reality
To create my vision,
Which was lack of spite,
Of frightful nightmares...
You are my nightmare.

My innocence,
Faded for almost a year
Has just begun my silence
And dedication of lust
That could never be true
And never exhausted.

Follow my path
Of broken leaves
Surrounded by new light
An aura of nature's beauty
Renewing it's charred remembrance.
This may create a spiral
Of ended memories
And twisted truths.
