I was only teasing you, dear
My dearest one
To you I am an angel
You know not what I’ve become
And if I ever tell you
I’m sure that you will leave
So I was only teasing dear,
Please, calm down, breathe.

For don’t you know you’re taunting me
And making hungry the demon inside
With the way you growl and pace
You make it hard to hide
Please, don’t draw yourself up so
It’s hard for me the breathe
And, please, don’t say ‘irrational’
I think that you should leave

For now the room is spinning, dear
And now my head feels hot
And now my lips are warm to you
And still nothing have I sought
For you are innocent and you are pure
So put back up your hood
The big, bad wolf’s on the prowl my dear
And her intentions are far from good
