and squeeze real tight
I will forget about the quiet nights
looking at the empty bed
wishing you were there instead
Everyday passes, and then it dies
Still I close my eyes

I don't have to see
that I have no one next to me
Theres nowhere left that I can hide
but I'm so afraid
So I close my eyes.



I wrote this for my husband who is overseas in the army (Germany) and I
can't live with him because of problems at home.
