The fights are becoming overrated

What once seemed so cool,

Or just a work for justice, is now a bunch of shit.

What happened to the perfect families we see on t.v.?

Or those doped up rides?

And who said our streets are filled with money?

Our nation is pathetic

Believing all the shit that our gov't throws at us.

How a sexy body should look

Or every boys fantasies of the kind of girl they want.

Here you see the good die young

And the bad always last

But i'm not giving in so dont tell me what to do.

I'm just an "american" girl living day by day

But if i was only looking out for #1,

I'd prolly be less dead than i am right now
