Your Contact List

You told everyone to give you one good reason
For you to keep them on your contact list
I didn’t give you a reason, no, no reason
In fact we’ve been having fights and I expected
You to remove me like dust on a lamp
I won’t say a word, but you know I noticed
That you kept me on so silently
And it’s hurts me how we always argue
Push each others limits so violently
Even when we’ve drawn so far
I feel like we’re still attached by one thin string
And when it becomes too unbearable
We’ll know that this lust was more that nothing
So I’ll start my screen name with A
Just so you’ll see me at the very start
Maybe I’ll write an anonymous message
Just so you’ll know that you have my heart
But tasteless actions aren't your style
You never wore your heart on your wrist
But I know, somehow, I still make you smile
Because that’s the reason I’m on your contact list
