Through the dirty window I peer
Knowing you pass through everyday
determined to see your face
For when your not there the world
is dark and i can not see
nor feel
but when we are together
theres an emphany the sun rises over the clouds
life makes sense
and is a pleasure to live
but in the back of my mind
i am scared
because i know
that you will soon
have to leave
but from your smile and kiss
there is hope
knowing you will always be here even if its just a glance
through a dirty window
