His dangerous kisses tempt her every gesture
With her laugh continuously lingering and pure
The very thought of insanity pushed to an extreme
Shes the girl that dares to dream

Strip down into the nakedness of hate
And all thats left is the strained out fate
So imagine the over-illuminated naturalness
And that glitter that you see, you're hoping is just bliss

When you're done re-attach your conscience
The thought of right and wrong took a leave of absence
And the window is left open as the wind takes away her sin
The guilt is washed away, thats how it's always been

Draw the shades and we'll pretend not to care
We'll endure in this pointless life that we've learned to share
Smiles are honest, but tears are ruthless
Let them spill, and suddenly I'm fearless

Pearls, a movie-star smile, and stilettos
You are the only thing left to impose
The act of impulse takes control
I took the part and played the role

Warning, feelings are stronger than they appear
Reflections of me and you are shown in the mirror
The habit of imperfection no longer matters
All my defenses are left in tatters

Shed the shyness and we'll start from the first square
We're left standing in our insecurities, completely bare
And the wishes of desire were thought up impractically
The accusations were caught dead in the silence impatiently

Our exquisite denial is left unattended
Her charming smile was meaningfully intended
