"Washing Away Fear"

The days go by so fast
When your running from your past
Getting lost in the crazy things people do
Wondering where is the truth
What do you do when your lost
Like some summer frost
Thrown out in the street
To die, on your feet

This world is only in my head
The sky is slowly turning red
We got all this time
But nothing to find
Staying up late
Trying to find fate
When you start to fall
Who do you call

Driving through the night
With the stars drowning out the window side
Thinking of all the things this world has seen
And how it affects me
Wrapping my mind around infinity
Wondering if its some Hollywood movie scene
My shadow slowly disappears
I get lost inside here
The sun reappears
Washing away fear
Washing away my fear

Memories are like ghosts
Its never good when their close
And sorrow is like a bell
It rings and rings in your head and feels like hell
I wish i was anyone but me
Then i wouldn't have to see
Myself locking my mind away
Getting lost in the fray
So lost, So lost
Like some summer frost
Thrown out in the street
To die, on my feet

Driving through the night
With the stars drowning out the window side
Thinking of all the things this world has seen
And how it effects me
Wrapping my mind around infinity
Wondering if its some Hollywood movie scene
My shadow slowly disappears
I get lost inside here
The sun reappears
Washing away fear
Washing away my fear
