You never doubted me,
Your shoulder was always dripping,
With our tears we cried together,
Remember we wrote deep letters,
About the help we offered each other,
Well now we have grown stronger,
And forgotten what doesn't matter,
Our lives have met new challenges,
And we've become a better person,
Your words were inspiration,
They made me believe the truth,
I want to say thank you,
For saving me from doom,
Without your shoulder,
And your heart,
I know I'd be 6 feet under,
You gave me the courage to go on,
You gave me the love I thought I deserved,
You offered me promises only a friend could offer,
And never once have you lied,
