We are all in this together,
This life we choose to live,
The boundaries are crossed daily,
Our hearts have giant rifts,
We promise everyone,
That we are doing fine,
When reality is setting in,
We are not what we seem,
Our lies burn giant holes,
You choose to accept them blindly,
You hear the words you want to,
And ignore the pressing issues,
Our hearts are gently rotting,
And depressions setting in,
Our tears we all hide well,
Our lies are something else,
Protection is the key,
Why can't you let them be,
They have no inspirations,
No goals for further life,
They need your loving words,
Your arms around them tight,
You think they do not listen,
When they hold onto every word,
They wish your pain was mended,
Your heart whole again,
But they cannot fix the broken,
They hope you understand,
They are not letting go,
Nor are they forgetting,
They just need a break,
From this disaster,
And to evaluate the issue,
Promise them you'll ponder,
And think about your choices,
Don't make rash decisions,
Leaving the treasured behind,
They hope you can find yourself,
And leave the dead behind,
Look forward to the future,
Set some goals in life,
I know that it is hard,
That people can be cruel,
They spread horrid rumors,
And tell awful lies,
But if you have true friends,
They will keep your secrets safe,
Offer you protection,
And mend the broken strings,
Not every thing is what it seems,
This girl is falling from reality,
She cries for you,
And holds tight to the friendship,
That was once whole,
Promise her you will try,
Assure her that its alright,
We can only be strong together,
I know that we will survive this chapter,
