A SWEET SIMPLE REMINDER

The moons light upon a placid lake
Shinning out my reflection
It would other wise make
Is a sweet simple reminder
That I am not truly her
That the reflection would hold
Is nothing but a lie so old
Nobody seems to know

The water so cold and dark
Hiding more then what I can embark
To much to far for me to find
Within its
Darkness it will blind

Looking to see another person
Besides me
I see no one
And in a whisper am told I never shall
But those blinded by my demonic spell

The wings that should rest upon my back
Should be colored the demon black
For I am no human no angel no lover
These names given
Represent falsely for I have sin
I am a demon
With the heart of two others mixed in
