HIDDEN BY DARKNESS CALLED THE ABYSS

Tall and slim
Wide shoulders
Black hair short trim
Eyes hidden randomly by slivers of hair
This the man I dare to care
In a dream he lives only
Looking down upon me
His soul hidden in deep
With eyes as grey as the clouds covering a dark sea
My one and true love could this be?
Will I find him or will he find me?
Alone in his heart and mind
His feelings for me only I can find
He’s heartless and uncaring
To the people he finds always staring
In our world of other kin
In our world of never ending sin
Our world of despair and loneliness
This place hidden by darkness called the abyss
Im cradled in his arms
A true love no false charms
Standing together in a room owned by our master
I realize my heart stopped not gone faster
Nothing but masks and games to the world we play
But to one another, the truth we say
To the world we truly exist to so very few
But for him ill become real
And whisper my I love you
