Blood is draining from my wounds
Dripping on the cold stone floor
Falling to my knees into a pool of my blood
And then flat on my face my own blood drowning me
My body begins to twitch from the pain
My twitching makes the bleeding worse
My life is now draining away

My pain intensifies and it makes me scream
My voice echo’s round the room
My feeling in my legs leaves me
And the pain blinds me

My body can take no more
And I accept the fact that I’m going to die
I feel a foot moving me
Kicking me over onto my back
My eyes begin to focus and they
Don’t believe what they see
You’re standing over me with a gun pointing at my chest
I gaze into your eyes and all I see is hate and pain

My blood spray covers your face
And you start to walk away
The light leaving my eyes I call out that I’m sorry
And that I forgive you
My eyes slide shut and the pain fades
My pain of payment is complete
And justice has been served
