Feeling alone with no one near
Everything in sight you seem to fear.

Your life line is fading with each and every drink
Making it harder and harder for you to think.

Who are you becoming? What is next?
Unsure of everything, but trying your best.

You give it your all but it seems to fail
Like a sunken ship, unable to sail

Every defeat leaves you one step closer than before
To giving up, shutting down, and closing the door.
