You've inflicted me,
With poor vision,
And lack of communication,
My ears ring,
And feet stumble,
I never once owed you,
A thank you.

But now I see,
You've kept me,
From the cruel world,
but also ruined beauty,
I can not thank you,
Unless I forgive you,
And that my friend,
Just isn't possible.

I want to,
See, hear, feel, smell, touch and taste,
My way,
Out of your arms,
And into someone else's.
