the water is warm and feels like liquid silk
as it caresses my skin in the dark,
the stars my guiding light,
I embrace the aloneness at night,
each breath that I come up for
I am greeted by all nature,
fog lumes above the water
and a gentle breeze kisses my face
chills run through my body
as the water no longer surrounds me
wrapped up in my towel
I look up to the sky
breathing in the cold night air
thinking of all the wonders
and know God is there
