His mistress sat upon a hill,
yearning for him with all her will.
she whispered fiercely to the wind:
"bring him back to me again."
paper clips and fairy tales only leave room,
to be overlooked and presumed,
wounded, limping, and alone is no way to live,
we must learn to forgive.
aching backs and aching hearts,
is where the forgiveness game starts.
his mistress sits upon a hill,
yearning for love with all her will.
