Hold my hand; take my love.
Pull away from your veil,
your fear of social rejection,
of public affection;
they aren't here to judge.

Ask me to walk behind you,
but don't deny what we share.
It will always be here.
But I may stray away..
And we might fade.

Where will you be
in the next few years?
When she's calling your name,
and she wants to touch.
And you said you've had enough.
Will she walk too?

You're looking for love
without commitment
and just resistance,
but it's the one thing you won't find.

So take my hand, and hold my love
in your heart, forever.
Lose your fears with me
to see what this could be,
and we'll live this life together.
