You don’t have a clue
Of what I am going through
The smiles you see
Are what I wish to be

But if you looked closely
You would see I was lonely
And the pain it causes me
Is what I wish you would see

For I want you to save me
From being sad and lonely
I can’t take it any more
As happiness I long for

This is not how I wish to live
But a friendly face no-one seems to give
There is no-one worth living for
Everyone has shut the door

I though you would be able to see
All my loneliness and misery
But it seems in this life there is no-one here
So I sit alone waiting for my escape to appear.
