All alone
It's dark
I'm scared

Kids run and stare
They scream
"black,bald head,ugly"

I run and hide cover my ears
Pray to GOD
To make it stop

I go home
I am mad
I cut myself
I scratch myself

It burns
I cry who loves me
I began to sing
“Amazing grace how sweet the sound
Why can’t I get rid of my frown”?

I scream kill me
Take me with you
I cry I want to die

Am I pretty?
Or is it a lie

A cut here
And a cut there

Look at my face
There’s blood everywhere
Am I pretty now?
