a blade flashes through the night
the delicate line engraved on her neck
caused by a steady hand with a knife
a tear glides down her cheek
slowly mixing with the blood
that cascades out of its wound
a feeling of calmness comes forth
she fall to the ground
a pool of blood forms around her
as she fades into an eternity of sleep
