When you’re angry,
And you need someone to talk to.
Just call me,
‘Cause I’ll be there for you.
When you’re thinking you’ve fallen in love,
And he hurts you real bad.
I’ll give you my shoulder to cry on,
‘Cause I can’t stand to see you sad.

When you’re teacher asks you to house sit with him,
And you’ve accidently agreed to it.
But are afraid to get me involved,
Call me anyways and I’ll be there quick.
When you see that I’m being mean,
And that I’m hanging with a new crew.
Tell me how you feel,
Even though I probably wont listen to you.

We’ve known each other for years,
And experienced life together day by day.
Relationships with other people come and go,
But ours is for sure to stay.
I went to a party,
Instead of trick-or-treating with you.
I got wild and wasted,
And ended up with someone else’s shirt too.

A person I thought was my friend,
Really wasn’t.
But you stood by me till the end
Even when I was unpleasant.
Thinking of all the things we’ve done,
And how some weren’t so clever.
I’ve noticed that we’ve always got each others back,
Because we’ll be friends forever.
