The Truth

Life is short
So many say
How could you not live every day
So many bright things to cancel the Dark
None shall fear for all is clear
Thats not what I think or say
Life is the longest of all
You can't live past life
For it's the end of all
You might try to stop us
Or stomp us out
The shadows are our haven
Because darkness eventually consumes all
At the end of the day we'll be the ones standing tall
For we are the dark and mysterious
You know
Those ones
The one's you made fun of
And rejected from society
It takes More power for us to take that crap
Then for you to give
But the truth is
When the day comes to an end
We rule all
We walk the night like the living dead
Mot hiding in the shadow
Or
Cowering in our beds
We live life to it's fullest
And don't let it go to our heads
At least we have the guts
To put life to the test
One day it will be our turn to shine
Us the creatures of the night
But
Thoughts and opinions
Will only get you so far
The thing about life is
How you live it
It's totally up to you
This is where I leave you to conclude
And bid ado
