Round One

The days at home are long and the nights even longer
The screaming matches and fist fights have become an everyday event
The ugly words and nasty phrases make my ears ring
I know whats coming next
Its my turn, my punishment
The door swings open he shouts dirty words then pulls at my clothes
He touches my most private parts, theres no use in fighting anymore
If i cry i get beat if i reject i get beat
If i fight it could be my life
I lie there motionless except for the occasional flinch from pain
The tears swell in my eyes i do everything i can to hold them back
I stare out the window into complete darkness full of disgust
Once again he enters me
I cant control myself and the tears flow, I take a nasty blow to the head
It only makes me cry more
His body feels like a ton of bricks on mine
He pumps hard and fast sweating and whispering terrible things in my ear
I throw my hands over my face and cry wanting to die
He pulls them aways and slaps me
He pulls at my hair and chokes me
Soon he finishes and tells me not to tell
He presses his lips against mine and forces his tongue down my throat
I lay there crying and shaking its hard to breathe
He looks at me and tells me he'll be back
That was only round number one..
