As the tide goes in and out
I think of all the friends that have come and gone
That have just stopped liking us or
We have just stopped liking them
But we both know through think-n-thin we'll always be best friends
I know that even if you leave me we will stay so close
Nothing could ever change the fact that we're like sisters till the end
Not by blood but through our hearts
So if you are to leave my side just please know this:
No matter how far that tide takes us we will always be best
