I embrace you in my arms
and my worries fade
like light in the nite
there is no one around

our attention and intensity
moving into a realistic fantasy
the lights are down low
delicately caressing our skin

floating serenely through the room
leading us into the dream
become reality
in the next few hours
we explore the unknown
feeling so many emotions
of living a romance
that was so far into the distance
it couldn't possibly exist

we create our own version of pleasure
clothes become minor detail
the temp continue to rise
we fall together
and emerge with a new take on life and love
to make it count
