We start off meaning well
but only sabotage ourselves.
I regret, so I wanna take back my words.
I'm hurt that I even made him bleed.
In union we say words we'll soon regret
and at the end we find we wont descend.
Hoping everything is understood.
The origin of our breaking words
as they are painfully processed and harsh to consume.
After every verbal fight we start to draw a blank.
We are not to feel after every scar.
Yet the plain hold up their face to dry to swear they'll never cry at
all.
Were foolish to always believe we are stronger than our deeds bestowed upon
those that reflect among our loving eyes.
