Thunder

Thunder growls in the moonlight,
Thunder growls in my heart,
From what lightning did,
Thunder tore us apart.

I know you can see me,
But I can't see you,
I'll never give up,
Whatever I do.

I never told you I loved you,
How much I cared,
Sometimes I wish I had known,
So I could do something,
Except stare.

The pain eats away,
Inside, it's
And I know I can't hold out,
"Maybe I should end it",
I think without a doubt.

With that thought,
I know,
It's hard to believe,
But I made my decision,
A decision,
That I should leave.

Leave this world behind,
With all my pain,
I can't tell anyone,
Or they'd think I'm insane,

No letter,
I left,
With blood,
I wept,
The pain goes away,
As so some did say,

With you,
I'll be,
Just wait,
You'll see.

Revenge slides away,
Slides away from the slate,
Now I know,
Now I know,
Mother Nature I Hate.
