I shun the thought of apparition;
Words have fled this definition.
And who can come to feast upon,
Of winter's night I've withered on.

Warmth and fire, my passion grows
To the best kept secret no one knows
If revealed, the ice will melt
A heart's ice age I solemn felt

The jade speaks more than words I save
My shoulder sprite warn night's behave
Oh, Solar Gods! Spare me some mind
I've hid in places no one could find

Let's orbit the earth and every thing
Change this winter to a night of spring
I've got a close mind and I'm clothes-lined
But I'm too far away to look behind

No one can feel quite as right or wrong
A bird would fall if sung a song
But if we die before you wake
Will my name be burnt at stake?
