They’re staring at me with unblinking eyes,
Their bill staying mute, but their glare still to criticize.
Their painted on smiles looking so cheap
But I can’t say that to loud or they’ll conduct evil schemes!

Quick what was that?! I don’t think im alone!
I hear a squeaking echo, should I pick up the phone?
Oh no! it’s getting closer, I think I should run.
But if I did that, it would just add on to the monsters fun.

Oh dear, oh my! What shall I do?
My head is throbbing, so many choices to choose!
My heart truly sank, when I saw it peep its yellow head around the corner;
But I let out a scream as I saw four more after it marching in order.

I tried to run away, but I tripped over a mat.
And thank my lucky stars, there I found a bat.
I raised the bat high, to bring upon the ducks low down.
What was I thinking? Rubber always comes back around!

But the bat hit the duck, and it bounced off the wall and came back.
Then I felt a ducks breath on my neck, and everything went black.
I re-awoke sometime after, to find myself tied up and gagged,
And found a note pinned to my shoe, signed general Quackers, we will be
back.

So I sat there, and sat there, and sat there some more.
And eventually I got so tired, I let out a faint snore.
But please my dear readers, if you even have a heart.
Don’t underestimate a rubber ducky, or they’ll tear you apart!
