Jealousy

Jealousy is a spider's trap.
Whatever step or move you make,
Getting devoured is inevitable.
It first strikes your mind,
Then corrupts your heart.
Nothing beats a jealous heart, I say.
Hatching contemptuous plots.
In the end, you'll be the winner and the loser.
Loser in the sense of regretting the waste of such precious time,
Instead of making life worthwhile.
And winner because you'll find out in the end that getting jealous is not
worth one's time at all.
