Feeling your heart beat against mine
The utmost comfort in your arms
Is now a sweet memory.
I thought this was
The first real love
Of my life
That moment
So spectacular
Was all a lie
The day after
You act as if I don’t exist
I believe I am
A lapse of judgment
And a mistake
A forgotten soul
But I loved you
And it did not mean anything
To you.
You said I was the one
You would marry someday
But the next day
You wont look in my eyes
You wont stare at my face
Then you say I don’t care about anyone
Not anymore.
And I feel many shatters
Many pieces of glass
Fall onto my ribcage
Shattering my soul
Making me fall to the floor
Crying like I’ve never cried before
This is my first real heartbreak
And I’m not giving you a chance
To break it once more.
My love for you is now
