Can You Hear Me?

I know that your listening I can hear your heart beating
whenever I'm in doubt I know that you will be around
Broken up inside listening to those cold thoughts,
shallow bite encrusted in me, nowhere to run, no where to hide
we never know the truth we always hide in our shadows
so hollow inside
so confused within ourself

Can you hear me screaming?
Can you hear me crying?
Can you hear me calling?
Can you hear me at all?

Hiding inside my mothers womb, protected from this anguish
trying to call out, a response to heal my wound
I just can't seem to get through all this exterior
a shell produced to fight off emotions

Can you hear me screaming?
Can you hear me crying?
Can you hear me calling?
Can you hear me at all?

A lonely rose left to bleed, no-one to love
a gift to the one you love, but impossible to loathe?
so why is she all alone? why is she left to bleed?
why is she left to wither in the darkness?

Can you hear me screaming?
Can you hear me crying?
Can you hear me calling?
Can you hear me at all?

Sometimes you wish you had never been born but who are we to mourn,
frozen in time ready for the old time bliss knowing that i will never be
missed

Can you hear me screaming?
Can you hear me crying?
Can you hear me calling?
Can you hear me at all?
