Our Time

Our time together is our own secret embrace
For as soon as it's over its now a race
To clear the evidence but still stay relaxed
To enjoy the euphoria
To still breathe it in

Why do we have to keep it a secret
Because to them it is forbidden
To them it's a sin
To enjoy each other in that way at so young
Is not the way it is supposed to be

We lie there now praying that no one heard
That no one will come to question

Through all that stress you still press your lips to mine
Whisper you love me
Tell me it will be alright
While in my mind I pray and hope that nothing bad will come from our time
