Walking in the smooth, wet sand,
Right along the shore.
Walking hand in hand,
Together, for once more.
It's getting darker every minute,
Night is coming near.
We sit down and watch the sunset,
It's so beautiful. It's so clear.
Sitting down in the sand,
Still together, holding hands.
It's getting colder out now,
He wraps me in his arms, while we watch the sun go down.

The stars are out now, shiny and bright,
We lay on a blanket, under the moonlight.
We'll stay here forever on this beach alone,
Together as we are. Never going home.
This is my destiny,
Together, you and me.
He's my fantasy. My fairytale. My dream come true.
Lying on the beach, just me and you.

We’re looking at the stars;
They’re up so high, above.
Watching close at shooting stars.
Today is when I fell in love.
Stars shoot across the sky,
Quick, but able to see.
I don’t sit and wonder why,
Because I’m happy as long as you’re with me.

It's beginning to get late now. I’m sorry, but I have to leave,
I'm going home, But I will not grieve.
This was the best time that I've had in so long,
We were together, all night long.
Walking along the calm blue sea.
Watching the stars. Being free.
This night was so great,
But I’ll have to wait…
Because this is just my dream. It’s just my fantasy,
I hope one day it does come true.
Because I’d love to be alone at last, just me
And you!
