Psychiatrists and specialists speak with fork tongues, Doctors and nurses
patronizing me because I'm only young.

The care coordinators look down from there ivory towers, they say things
like the control of your recovery is ours

A service user as rights, that is a joke, they just went up in a big puff of
smoke.

Lip service and tokenism is the order of the day, cooking up more changes
without giving us a say, left in the dark feeling bemused, out in the cold
feeling confused, feeling distant, feeling alone, we can't speak out or
someone will moan.

You're seen as a trouble maker if you complain about staff, the excuse they
use is you know he's only having a laugh.

Winding up service users to get on your case, then they discrete leave
without a single trace.

There not all bad, this is the shame, because of all the bad one's, they get
equal blame.

You Know all this so what is it for, you know you only going to chuck this
on the floor.
