Prayer

I pray to you with such intensity
I ask you to save me from my own insanity
I scream at the sky above
Only to still feel without love
I only ask for guidance
But I'm starting to run out of patience
I only ask for change,
But still I am only filled with rage
What's the point of asking
When it feels like no one is listening
My frail worlds seem to collapse,
It seems that my time is soon to elapse
By myself I will prevail
Only to soon fail
I crawl with bleeding hands
This pain I can not stand
Until I can not breath
While I wait for my spirit to leave.
With one last gasp of air,
I will say my final prayer.
