Knowing well of what we are
But we won't strive to go that far

Doing our best
at passing each test
Just trying to hide every flaw

Trying to find something we lost
buried away but never forgot

Those words that were spoken
inside me awoken
And still it's here that I stay

We all have a meaning
we're more then just feelings
some don't always find their way

Now all of these failures
these never prevailers
they want something beyond their days

But we can see through them
there's no need to fool them
they're already fooling themselves

They think that their passions
are more then reactions
they think what they want is what they need

But their lust is not real
they have passions but no feel
They don't see what is you and me

Because I have that something
that only true one thing
the thing they all try to succeed

So consumed in their problems
false perceptions beyond them
They dwell in all their mistakes

You don't know pain till you see how much you can take

And no one ever wants to go home
all anyone worries about is being alone

Most of the world lacks independence
No matter what we're all somewhat defenseless
We all give in to temptations
we long to feel those sensations

Nobody is perfect
we all have our flaws
just know how to work it
live without it all

Learn to forget all the rest
think of what means the most
Get past all the tests
And together we'll be whole

Know what you are
Strive to go far
Forget all the past
all the pain

I know you have losses
but there's still so much to gain
