I don't know the cause
but I've seen the affect
Missed a few flaws
and the time to reflect

Define relief
to find belief
The path that's paved
I hope you're saved

Couldn't look for help
share thoughts with someone else

Maybe you did
they told you don't sweat it
Those dark lonely nights
where you couldn't forget it

Wanted to hide
Never let effect show
And you wanted to die
but I'd never know

If you knew in your heart
that you couldn't succeed
There were other ways
and you always had me
