She lays down
To rest in her bed
But she gets no sleep
Feelings race through her head
She thinks they all hate her
Because of what they've said
She cried crystal tears
While looking back
On unhappy years
If you didn't know
She's heard what you say
So she cuts up her arm
To get through the day
"I want to stop"
"But theres no other way"
This is what she thinks
She can't not stand
Anymore shrinks
"Why don't you see"
"All of my pain"
"I need your help"
"Am I really insane?"
"Do you see"
"And just don't care?"
This is what she said
To the man up there
"God do you see"
"All I really wanted"
"Was to just be me"
She cried out the blame
While she tried her best
To block out the shame
She wants you to know
She'll never forget you
Though it may not show
She takes a deep breath
and picks up her knife
The final end
To her painful life
