For so long
I felt such a need for you
Believing your words to be true
In your arms
We would lay for hours
In a perfect world that was ours
Then it happened
Our perfect little world shattered
It's entire existence destroyed
The truth revealed
I was just a Puppet
And you the Master
You played me
Leading me on with beautiful lies
Never telling the truth.
