You said you cared but I knew deep down you could care less
You said I can trust you but I knew you were always lying
You broke my heart after every promise you never kept

You said you would call, but instead you went for a drink
You said that you’d be right back, but you always took so long
You said you’d come and pick me up, but you never told me to wait
You said we would hang out every weekend but something always came up

You never said anything about being friends, just that we would take a
break
All you left was an irreplaceable hole in my heart
I’ll never stop caring about you and I will always be there but keep this in
mind
You want me to believe you, then stop telling bullshit lies and say
something true for once
