As the wind begins to blow,
I start to think and wonder why
Every time i fall in love,
I end up alone.

Love hurts, it washes me away,
To a place where rivers run dry
If only she would stay,
Instead of goodbye.

She is as beautiful as the sea,
Her eyes glow like stars in the sky
And for some reason she loved me-
Just your average guy.

Every day my eyes fill with tears,
Missing her touch against my skin
I've loved her for years,
And now the jealousy begins.
