Strange Days Indeed

Today began in distress
Can't find another outlet
A vice on my head
Fracturing the functional
I'm lying now, lying
Here on the floor
A gun in my hand, foot in my mouth
I'm lying now, lying
Here in the road
Self deprication, or egotistical babble?
Find the line, find the cliff
Tell me your story, and take the leap
Just another rambling bitch
Wake me up now
Prop me up, pop me up
Gotta get a move on
Baby, take me higher
But I'm lying now, lying
Here on the floor
A gun in my hand, my foot in my mouth
I'm lying now, lying
here in the road
