I've re defined the meaning of trust
You never cared about me
didn't even want lust

So what am I?

Some sort of game
seems it could be

Best friends are the ones who can always fight
say the worst of words
and still set things right

But when every promise is a lie
everything seems so unreal
I put all my trust in you
now I've got nothing left to feel

You're the greatest guy I've ever met
you're just not so great towards me

I hate to say you were the best
cause I never thought you'd let this be

And I've got no one left to blame
I should have known you're all the same

You're just like him
you know what you did
Should have kept up my guard
I should have hid

I won't call you if I need to
