A minute here, a minute there, all this time gone to waste.
A moment passes us by in my bed, but in this life we're only friends.
Its different this time, we're not lovers anymore, maybe next time
you'll be mine.
The clock ticks away, our time here is nearly through.
Tick Tock, Tick Tock.
Even though, all I ever wanted was you.
I look in your eyes, not to see someone I love, but something much more.
My hand in your hand, and your hand in mine, we could turn our backs on the
world.
Your eyes meet mine.
For a second more with you, I would stop time in an instant.
To most this seems impossible, however I can do anything with you.
In this life, we are nothing more than friends.
And you want nothing more to do with me.
Morbidly I accept, but not willingly.
I only do it because I love you, and I could melt the sun with my heart.
Because it beats for you.
It beats harder than its ever beaten before.
Thump Thump, Thump Thump.
The saddest part is..
We will never be again.
