Just Hold Fast Baby

I suppose I could say you fill up most of my thought.
Trying to digress from reason, forgetting you not.
Because this love, Our love, is a love for generations to come.
In ways, my heart only beats for you, like a marching drum.
If I could not have you, My head would fall in shame.
I love you inch, by inch, all your imperfections, and all of your fame.
Hold fast baby, the best is yet to pass.
I am yours, I was made for you, We were made to last.
If you should let a tear slip, then I would cry.
If we should lose our grip, then I could die.
Don't let it slip.
I love you.
