Love, isn't it wonderful?

Clinching tight, If i may, I'll keep you.
Until there are no sandy deserts, and the skies aren't as blue.
My hand nailed to your hand, like some sort of prophet.
Finding your way, remembering the days, but you lost it.
Love, oh!, oh this love, can it be.
A wonderful, dreadful, lonely forever with me?
Just us two, old and grey.
Brittle, cold sighs, full of dismay.
Life is written with a pen.
No eraser, there is no time to pretend.
Forever, forever, tick tock, tick tock.
If its not too cliche, can we rewind the clock?
