I don't know what they've done to me..
A thousand layers,
Only one can be seen.
I don't know what's become of me..
You're like my favorite dish,
Some untried recipe,
I'm faulty in my gallantry.

Too many thoughts to memorize the perfect line,
At least I recognize.
We're not even a stitch in time,
Not even a dozen for a dime.
I gather your ingredients, but why?

If you leave,
The world would never falter.
When you leave,
This world will never wonder.

In the scheme,
A splash of paint on a screen,
All of humanity,
We are but a thought,
A pipe dream.

You weren't born for me,
Or anybody.
You weren't born for this,
Or a real meaning.
Everything you are, you make yourself,
You're like a new white sheet,
You're like an olive seed,
A cover magazine.

Temporary.
